
For adults with mild to moderate learning and/or physical disabilities, including mental health, Autism or other neuro diverse condition, and those with long term health conditions. Suitable for standing or seated participants
A fun, inclusive session, delivered by the Somerset Cricket Foundation, where players are able to try some cricket, including bat and ball skills and can explore the sensory aspects of Cricket. There are further opportunities to take part in workshops, attend games and play against other groups. All coaching is provided by ECB qualified coaches.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and training shoes. Bring a water bottle, which can be topped up on site if needed.
The Wellbeing Cafe is open throughout serving all your favourite meals, snacks and treats!
