A weekly fitness session designed for adults with mild to moderate learning and/or physical disabilities, including mental health, Autism or other neuro diverse condition, and those with long term health conditions. Suitable for standing or seated participants.

 

Experienced coach, PT STT Krystian, will take you through your paces, from warm up to cool down, including resistance training, weights and aerobic exercises. Designed to move at a pace suitable for each participant.

  • Every Wednesday. 60 minute sessions at 11am or 12.30pm.

  • An opportunity to improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

  • Connect with others on your Anything But Ordinary Fitness Journey.

  • Just £3 per session. Carers and support staff go free. Pay on the door 

  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing and training shoes or can exercise in bare feet. Bring a water bottle, which can be topped up on site if needed.

The Wellbeing Cafe is open throughout serving all your favourite meals, snacks and treats!
