What is Soundshare? A chance for adults of all abilities to come together and share the many benefits of music. We will have a sound track that will take you on a journey of musical discovery, reaching a crescendo before mellowing out to ensure that everyone leaves relaxed and wanting more. Musical instruments allow everyone to participate in the way that they enjoy most, whether that be listening, singing, dancing or playing along with their choice of instrument.
Soundshare can help participants to lighten their mood, reduce anxiety and depression and stave off fatigue. Developing an enhanced awareness of self, through musical (non-verbal) and verbal interaction, sharing and expressing feelings and the development of physical, sensory and cognitive skills.
